Gowanda Recreation in conjunction with the Gowanda American Legion Post #409 will hold a Winterfest at Gateway Park on Wednesday, February 21 from 12 to 4 pm. It will be open to students in grades K-12 free of charge. Games, prizes, a snow sculpture contest and complimentary refreshments (pizza and hot chocolate will all be part of Winterfest.
