While Fallfest weekend in Gowanda be somewhat limited in 2020, the Scarecrow Contest is going forward. The contest is held the last weekend in September and, this year, the Gowanda Area Chamber will be giving gift certificates to the top 3 scarecrows as determined by popular votes. This is in addition to the award medals given out by the contest. Full guidelines for the contest can be found HERE.
